a perfect spring day.. seemed a tad early, knowing we were still shivering till a week ago in kathmandu.. but there's no doubt basanta (spring) is here... and suddenly there seems to be a new optimism in the air.. flowers and leaves newly blossoming or unfurling... and the promise of more colour and fragrance to fill the air...
these pictures are mainly from bagh bazar... one picture from patan...and the rest from kot in that order ...
starting with bagh bazar... fragrant milky way on earth... (when ganga saw these blooms she said... here they bloom again.. one year gone by, and a reminder that our lives have been shortened by another year!)
